BMW Group New Zealand was in contention for the Rapid Transformation Award which honours fast starters for their superb planning, execution and results.
The nomination came less than 12 months into their digital transformation journey. While the team did not win the Rapid Transformation category, they did win the People's Choice Award: Best Video Submission.
The team started their Oracle Eloqua journey in April 2017 and were live by mid-June.
They then launched their first lead generation and nurture campaign in July and it outperformed all industry benchmarks, securing leads that represented ~15% of NZ's premium car market.
With just two active Eloqua users, they've since delivered numerous product launches and made significant improvements to their customer experience.
